Often family carers are in as much, and at times more, need of support, advice and basic counselling than the client.

Headway Luton recognises the vital role carers play in supporting people.

We provide regular meetings for carers to share information and support each other, as well as organising an occasional guest speaker.

There is a nominal donation for refreshments but no charge for attending.
